Co-Founder & Partner
Mahesh is a luminary in management consulting with a 13+ years’ career across diverse sectors—Economic Development, FDI & Trade, Government, BFSI, Transport, Education, ICT, Social, and Renewable Energy. His strategic acumen drives international investments, fostering economic growth and guiding large as well as SMBs into new market entry strategies & excellence. As a government advisory expert, he navigates complex policy landscapes, offering insights for effective governance at federal & state levels in India. His notable contribution to startup advisory empowers emerging businesses for sustainable growth. In business consulting, his multifaceted skills encompass strategic planning, operational optimization, and transformative leadership, making him a versatile ”Go-to-person” across dynamic industries. His core skills include policy-making, business process re-engineering, digital transformation, and project management. Mahesh, a change catalyst and digital accelerator, began his career in a senior executive role with a Government of India company before transitioning to the private sector in 2015.

Pooja is the Co-Founder of IGC LLP. She has 12 years of enriching experience as a management consultant in Foreign Direct Investments and International Trade. Pooja has a strong network with CXOs across multiple sectors in India. She has worked as FDI & Trade consultant for leading IPOs in Europe, United Kingdom, United States and Southeast Asia. She specializes in industry verticals like BFSI, Food and Beverages, IT, Consumer Healthcare, Auto and Defense.
Her core skills include investment promotion, business strategy, market research, market sizing, opportunity assessment, due diligence, competitive intelligence and business matchmaking.
She holds a masters degree in international business. Currently, she is pursuing her PhD in consumer psychology from Mumbai University

Manish Sudarshan Pandey, comes in with fourteen years of rich working experience as a management consultant across multiple domains. His major focus areas include strategy and business planning, financial and management reporting and transaction advisory services. He is associated with promoting Europe’s first T20 Cricket League in partnership with international cricket boards like Cricket Ireland, Cricket Scotland and Netherland Cricket at the capacity of the CFO of the league. He is associated with Rajasthan Royals (IPL) for non-cricket revenues at consulting capacity. Currently, he is associated with Sri Lanka Premier League in the capacity of a CFO.
Sanjay Jagtap

Sanjay founded a Business Consulting Firm, Abhirutu Consultants since 2007 after a long corporate life of more than 30 years. His experience spans across Government departments, Indian private sector, German Indian subsidiary, US MNC, NGOs, etc.
Sanjay has helped setting up Valvoline oil brand in India. He was also responsible for setting up Fruit Juice Processing Export Oriented Unit in collaboration with a Denmark based client. Worked on the Board of Directors of a Japan Indian company for Hydroponics Technology project in India. Was involved in Waste Plastics to Crude Oil project on behalf of a US Technology company for potential collaboration with Oil India Limited and HPCL. Currently helping a Norway company for a potential Agri project on extreme arid dessert like soil in Rajasthan, Spain. He was instrumental in First Agriculture Technology Lab in desert of Kucch, Gujarat jointly with IIM, Ahmedabad. The said lab was awarded 180,000 $ first prize by World Bank in 2006.
Sanjay holds a degree in law and is an associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He also holds a post graduate diploma in business management.
